A weekend project. I wanted to make a murky underwater image. I started by sculpting a cliff side, then adding atmosphere and lighting. I then added a diver, severed rope and some floating debris. The shot was then comped in Fusion and graded with filmconvert.
Here is an animation to go along with the still. Just a simple rig with some noise modifiers along with hand animation. The dust puffs at the feet were created with embergen and imported as vdb sequences.
