Here is an apartment building at night. I modeled the building in Blender using a combination of mirror and array modifiers, then UV unwrapped each segment before applying the modifiers and joining the meshes. Obtaining a satisfying level if realism was a challenge, as I used the internal rendering engine, which does not have realistic raytracing or global illumination. Therefore, a heavy amount of lighting and compositing work was required. I created two images. The bottom is my original composite, but I wasn't happy with it, so I made a different version, which is on top. I personally like the top one, as it looks more inviting and warm. Which one do you think looks better?
